- West National defeated Honaker 11-0.
- West National comes back from 4 run deficits twice to defeat Tuckahoe NL 9-7
- Despite losing to Bristol 13-3; West National advances to Championship bracket (based on tiebreaker procedures)
- West National lost to Dulles, 8-7

Mark's Hope Foundation |
On Opening Day, 2005 we remembered former WSLL player Capt. Mark Stubenhofer, who played with us in the mid-1980s, and was killed in action in Iraq in December. His family has started a foundation to collect school supplies for distribution to children by Mark's former unit in Baghdad.
