Late Registration Information - Last Chance for 2010!!

WSLL has 6 different levels of play for players that are league age 5 - 12 years old and live inside the West Springfield Little League boundaries. Details are provided below.

Please bring:

  • All parents registering their player(s) for T-Ball thru Majors will be required to bring 2 checks or money orders. One will be for registration fees and the other for the non-volunteer assessment fee; no cash will be accepted. Both checks will be made payable to West Springfield Little League.
  • All parents registering their player(s) for the 5T division need only bring one check. No cash will be accepted.

    Little League Incorporated and West Springfield Little League must adhere to strict rules regarding residence. Click here to use an interactive lookup of the boundaries. Note: WSLL also includes in it's boundaries all residences on Simpson Lane, Gooding Pond Ct, and Lucas Pond Ct. in Burke.

    Note: If you played in WSLL last year and have moved outside the boundaries, you may still be eligible to play in WSLL. We will need to process a Little League waiver from with supporting documentation. You will need to bring, to registration, copies of 2 proof-of-residence documents (as defined above) and complete a waiver form at registration listing your old address within our boundaries and your new address.

    WSLL is a community activity for nearly 800 boys and girls. All managers, coaches and umpires are UNPAID volunteers, as are the members of the WSLL Board of Directors. We request that parents/guardians willingly volunteer to assist the Directors and our Parents Auxiliary. At registration ask yourself "How Can I Volunteer and help my child, my community, and WSLL?"

    The fees are listed below and include the Snack Bar fee:

    No child will be turned away for inability to pay, regardless of ability. If you wish to apply for a league scholarship, simply ask to see the league president, at registration, or email him now.

    • $125.00 for 1st player (players get to keep their uniform)**
    • $75.00 for each additional player
    • 5-T fees: $60.00 per player
    • Nonvolunteer assessment fee: $75.00 per family. For information on how to get your volunteer fee returned click here.

      Note: The nonvolunteer fee is not applicable to families only participating at the 5T level.

    ** For the 2010 season there will not be any fundraising activities (ie, raffle tickets, candy sales, etc.) to support operating costs. Fundraising has been incorporated into the registration fee.
